There have been recent, multiple reports about the anti-acne medication Accutane, formerly produced by Hoffman-La Roche. He had originally won a $2.6 million case in 2007, however that case was overturned on appeal and had to be retried. However, he was able to make his case the second time around and was awarded an even larger sum of $25.16 million.
