At the end of another exhausting week, the key players in the most significant American cover up case are engaged in a wide range of activities, including a lengthy bus trip for the jury, arduous work for the attorneys and a ride back to jail for another.

The United States district judge commands them to leave the witness stand immediately and exit the courtroom so that no other attorneys come up with any further questioning at the end of hours and hours of dense testimony. The accused smiled at that thought. He looks absolutely exhausted from answering thousands of questions in a toneless and emotionless manner.Marshals escort him to the detention facility where he serves his one to four-year sentence for obstruction of justice. If you're on the hunt for top victorian workcover information, make sure to visit them.

The judge wished the jurors a comfortable bus ride and advised them to relax and enjoy their weekend. The sequestered jury has been living in a motel. They will probably be taken out this weekend for a picnic and some time spent away from the hotel. Then the judge lays into the lawyers, who have been arguing like siblings, even after being told to stop by the judge.

He tells them that he played a role in the alleged cover up case, and admits that the attorneys have all done a good job.He knows that the final decision rests with the jury, and the only question will be whether or not they believe his testimony. At the conclusion of a recess, he states his concern about the jury being influenced by the court.

They is no way to really know how affected the jury will be by his testimony, by the accused continues to stand by his story of the cover up that he's been telling anyone who will listen. There were some discrepancies in the dates he provided, however.People waited hours to get into the courtroom and watch this historical case. The fighting between lawyers and judge proved to be more interesting than any of the testimony. If you're on the hunt for top melbourne workers compensation lawyers information, make sure to visit them.

Luckily for them, the jury and accused had been escorted from the courtroom before the last big fight happened. It seemed the government had failed to give the name of the person who would be the second witness next week. The lawyers were very unhappy about this. The chief prosecutor points out that the government never agreed to provide the name with more than a single day's notice, and maintains his claim that he does not yet have the name. One argued he couldn't see why they objected to giving the witness name, and stopping another silly argument.

The district attorney once again attempted a compromise. "For the record, I strenuously protest the manner in which the prosecution has conducted this case."Months have gone by in which I have not received information to which I am entitled. To reduce our efficacy at cross exam, they keep the witness names from us.We've given them enough pages of transcript to fill a library and they've given us a match cover's worth. The district attorney sighed heavily and claimed that things had been going so well between the two of them up until this point. The courtroom erupted with laughter. On that note, the judge decided to vacate the court, claiming he had enough trouble trying to keep the two attorneys under control. He'd had enough for the day.
